Delete Your Account & Data

Pacedrops

You can permanently delete your Pacedrops account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open the Pacedrops app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete all my data and confirm

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, revokes our access to your Strava account, and removes all of your data.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we will delete your account and data for you:

Send a request to support@pacedrops.com from the email associated with your account (or include your Strava name), with the subject "Delete my account".

We will process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your account and profile (name, profile picture)
All of your runs and the Strava data associated with them (distance, pace, heart rate, GPS route, elevation)
All matched songs and insights
Your Last.fm connection
Your authentication tokens — our access to your Strava account is revoked

This action cannot be undone. No data is retained after deletion.

Revoking Strava access separately

You can also disconnect Pacedrops directly from your Strava account at any time via Strava's settings. When you revoke access there, we automatically delete your Pacedrops account.
