Need help with Pacedrops? You're in the right place.
Pacedrops detects your music through Last.fm. Make sure your Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music is connected to Last.fm at last.fm/settings/applications, and that you were actually playing music during your run. Last.fm only logs songs you listen to for at least 30 seconds. You can also tap "Retry music sync" on any run that came through without songs.
Runs recorded without GPS (for example on a treadmill) won't have a route map. The song list and pace stats will still work.
You can revoke Pacedrops' access anytime from your Strava settings. When you do, we automatically delete your account and all your data from Pacedrops.
Open Settings in the app and tap "Delete all my data." This permanently removes your account, all runs, songs, and insights, and revokes our access to your Strava account.
Last.fm is a free service that records what you listen to ("scrobbling"). Create a free account at last.fm/join, link your music app under Settings, then enter your Last.fm username in the Pacedrops app. There's a step-by-step guide inside the app too.
